Mark Gray

Mark joined MaPS as Interim Risk and Compliance Director having previously advised various government Arms-Length Bodies on their Risk, Compliance and Assurance Frameworks. He also set up the Risk and Compliance Department at the government owned British Business Bank where he was Chief Risk Officer for five years.

Prior to working in the public sector, Mark was Chief Risk Officer at Shawbrook Bank and before that he spent nearly ten years at General Motors Acceptance Corporation, a global financial services company.

In June 2018, Mark was appointed to the Board of the Marsden Building Society where he chairs the Board Risk Committee.
